Fairness “teeny courses”
Our teeny courses provide an interactive, impactful way for busy professionals to engage with the topics of fairness and trust-building in bite-sized sessions at times convenient to them. Course participants get a 3-minute lesson by email three times a week for four weeks — and along the way learn, share, and practice among their peers. Read more about the approach here.

NATIONAL COURSES

All-Roles Court Fairness course: Designed for all court professionals who interact with members of the public, including judges and non-judicial staff
Judges-only Court Fairness course: A tailored course for judges and other hearing officers, outlining fairness-boosting practices from the bench
Legitimate Leaders course: Geared towards court managers and other agency leaders, this course explores applications of procedural justice theory in the management context (aka “internal procedural justice”)
